Position Location: This position sits at our Corporate Headquarters in Chelmsford, MA.

Job Summary

We are looking for an innovative, strategic, results-oriented leader who will be responsible for leading the regional partner marketing for a growing, fast-paced business unit. The Director of NA/LATAM Public Safety Partner Marketing will be responsible for building scalable regional programs, elevating partner engagement and educating the channel on the value of ZOLL solutions. This role requires a dynamic, well-rounded leader with a deep understanding of hardware distribution channels, programs and strategies. This exciting role encompasses our growing public safety portfolio, which is inclusive of AEDs, rescue systems and software solutions.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and own the regional partner marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and regional sales priorities
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of partner marketing professionals
  • Establish frameworks, processes and KPIs for scalable partner marketing execution across the region
  • Drive integrated go-to-market strategies that support distributor and reseller partners
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure joint revenue goals and partner program initiatives are supported by comprehensive marketing plans

Partner Programs & Enablement

  • Working closely with global counterparts you will ensure regional requirements are met for all global partner and sales enablement initiatives; ensuring alignment with NA/LATAM priorities
  • Lead execution and rollout of all partner materials within the region.
  • Evolve ZOLL's partner portal content strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities, product launches and regional needs
  • Support development and execution of regional partner programs, incentives, MDF utilization and partner co-marketing initiatives

Partner Campaigns & Demand Generation

  • Aligning with global marketing counterparts on all demand generation initiatives to drive pipeline, and partner engagement
  • Guide co-branded marketing efforts with the ZOLL distributor partners and resellers network
  • Oversee regional events, trade shows and virtual webinar programs, ensuring measurable outcomes

Operations & Performance

  • Create and manage the regional partner marketing calendars, ensuring timely communication and cross-functional alignment
  • Collaborate with global product marketing, creative, digital and content to execute partner-focused messaging and assets
  • Analyze partner campaign performance, engagement and ROI to inform quarterly planning, budget allocation and long-term strategy
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive developments to evolve ZOLL's partner marketing approach

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 12 years of marketing experience within a B2B industry, must have experience in channel/partner marketing for capital equipment distribution
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing results-oriented, high-performing partner marketing teams
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing teams
  • Expertise in partner ecosystems including distributors and reseller networks
  • Proven ability to build and scale partner marketing programs, campaigns and enablement assets
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and MDF programs
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a partner-first mindset
  • Highly analytical, with experience reporting on pipeline influence, campaign performance and partner ROI
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally with global marketing, sales, product, operations and leadership
  • Highly motivated individual with energy, enthusiasm and passion for fostering internal and external relationships

Other Duties:

Travel: 30-40% annually

The annual salary for this position is:

$175,000.00 to $210,000.00

This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus plan. Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
