We're hiring a Sales Associate to contribute to the continued growth and success of our Antiseptics Portfolio. This is an entry-level medical sales role designed to provide 18-24 months of immersive field training and hands-on experience alongside experienced sales professionals across the Western US. You will join a highly connected, teamoriented sales group that values collaboration and shared wins. The Sales Associate plays a key role in supporting Sales Representatives across a broad, multilocation footprint while developing a strong foundation through handson experience, coaching, and practical training. This environment is built on mutual support, enabling new team members to gain confidence and contribute quickly. Upon successful completion of the program, Sales Associates are well prepared to transition into a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) role or advance to the next stage of their career within the organization.
