The Program Manager, Medicare Advantage Member Engagement and Retention is responsible for driving operational excellence and high-impact member engagement while ensuring regulatory compliance across the Medicare Advantage program. This role leads and executes key initiatives that strengthen member satisfaction, improve Stars performance, reduce disenrollment through targeted retention strategies, and elevate the overall member experience. The Program Manager develops, drives, and executes a broad portfolio of programs-including the Member Satisfaction Committee, member engagement strategies, retention initiatives, vendor oversight, and member-facing activities-ensuring all efforts align with CMS requirements and organizational goals. The role collaborates extensively with cross-functional partners to develop, refine, and operationalize member engagement and retention strategies that are data driven and actionable. Working across departments and with external partners, the Program Manager translates member insights into meaningful improvements, enhances the end-to-end member journey, and supports core operational processes that sustain the quality, integrity, and readiness of the Medicare Advantage program.

Requirements:

Education:



  • Bachelor's degree required, with a concentration in Business Management preferred.
    Master's Degree in a related field is a plus.


Experience:

Work requires a minimum of five years of demonstrated performance experience within a health care and/or managed care environment. Experience with Medicare and healthcare compliance as it relates to CMS. Medicare Advantage experience preferred.
