The Finance Analyst II will play a crucial role in supporting financial decision-making at Johns Hopkins Care at Home. As a key member of the Finance team, this position will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis and reporting, strategic financial planning, and budget oversight for specific operating divisions. The Finance Analyst II will independently provide decision support to senior management and contribute to the development of innovative solutions to complex financial challenges. Key Responsibilities: Month-End Accounting and Financial Close: Perform month-end accounting tasks, including inventory valuation, accruals, and detailed analysis of revenue and cost of goods sold. Annual Budget Processes: Support management in the annual operating and capital budget processes, contributing to the development of comprehensive financial plans. Data Analysis: Work with large datasets, utilizing tools such as MS Excel, Tableau, and other visualization tools to analyze and present financial information effectively. Communication: Facilitate timely communication of financial information to all levels of management, conveying complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. Required Experience: Two (2) years of experience in finance, preferably in a healthcare setting. Knowledge: Salary Range: $24.81 /hour - $45.03 /hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. The Hospital reserves the right to modify employee schedules as needed.
