From custom chip design and AI inference to training and deploying large-scale models, we're shaping the software that powers autonomy at scale. At the same time, we're shaping the future of mobility - hiring engineers to design and ship the firmware, distributed systems, and core software that enables Robotaxi fleet operations and network-wide deployment. What You'll Do
  • Utilize multiple tools and approaches, including AI-driven sourcing techniques, to identify and engage top talent
  • Build robust software pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs
  • Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers
  • Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes
  • Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity

What You'll Bring
  • 2+ years sourcing experience in an in-house environment
  • Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions
  • Familiarity with common software skill-sets
  • Knowledge of relevant employment market trends
  • Strong ability to track and manage data and workflows

    Expected Compensation
    $64,000 - $168,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
