Our client is hiring a Desktop Technician to work onsite in Olney, MD. This is a long term position working in a Healthcare setting. You must be able to pass a drug test and be fully vaccinated. Job Duties: oIncidents - Software break/fix oIMACs - Installation of software, machine upgrades, etc. oRefresh oSupport peripherals for scanning paper and ID cards, barcode scanners, credit card readers, label printers, signature pads, Dragon dictation microphones, and RFID readers oBasic experience a with Active Directory oExperience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office oExperience with Deskside support in a hospital environment a plus oExperience with ServiceNow- PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED oExperience with LogMeIn oTicketing System is ServiceNow oTech walk-up bar at staffed locations Additional Skills & Qualifications Resource must have Windows 11 experience As this is a new contract, please expect some changes regarding hours and locations. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Olney, MD. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
