You can explore the details of our benefits offering by visiting the following link: Johns Hopkins Medicine | Your benefits virtually Summary: The Assistant Director of Development is an integral member of the Suburban Hospital Foundation and is responsible for securing philanthropic support for Suburban Hospital. The Assistant Director will organize and implement strategies for effective relationships with prospects and donors, interact with constituents at all stages of the development cycle, with a focus on the discovery and qualification of prospects to meet fundraising goals and objectives. The Assistant Director will manage a portfolio of annual giving prospects and donors. Supports donor engagement and fundraising efforts by identifying and cultivating individual donors and grateful patients, in partnership with senior development staff. Conducts outreach and meetings, prepares solicitation materials, and assists with major gift strategies, campaigns, and priority initiatives. Maintains donor records in CRM, supports stewardship and recognition activities, and collaborates across clinical and administrative teams to advance fundraising goals. Minimum Qualifications
Salary Range: Minimum 33.12/hour - Maximum 54.63/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
