*Description*
Provide employees with support on all aspects of End-User computing digital assets (including but not limited to Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Mobile Devices, and software). Create a positive customer support experience and build strong relationships. Communicate promptly on progress and handle customers with a professional attitude. Provide support for incidents that require advanced troubleshooting skills that cannot be resolved by first level support team. oPrioritize, communicate, triage, and resolve issues in a timely manner. oProvide 2nd level technical support for incidents that cannot be resolved by the Service Desk; both in person and remotely oMaintain asset and software inventory oImage, configure, and deploy computers oDeploy and troubleshoot software and hardware oLog incidents in given ticketing system oProvide support for IT project implementations and performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned oEngage appropriate IT resources and teams to resolve incidents that are beyond the scope of their ability or responsibility oResolve complex technical problems experienced by end-users oAbility to analyze logs within multiple Microsoft applications to resolve user issues oRebuild windows profiles oSupport PC replacement programs and emergency exchanges oTroubleshoot network related issues. oAdminister access to applications oEvaluate, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues oAnalyze and resolve VPN and MFA related issues oCreate and contribute to process improvement oAbility to work effectively in a team environment oMaintain utmost confidentiality on all conversations, documents, correspondence, research records, information, data, etc. *Skills* Desktop, Windows 10, Support, Troubleshooting, Customer service *Top Skills Details* Desktop,Windows 10,Support,Troubleshooting,Customer service *Additional Skills & Qualifications* SKILLS: oUnderstand basic troubleshooting processes oAbility to quickly assess problems and identify solution. oUnderstanding of desktop group policy objects (GPO) oKnowledge on how to re/image a workstation. oRemote Support experience oConflict resolution and management oWorking knowledge of MS operating systems and applications oSoftware Distribution and Patch Management tool experience oDemonstrates the ability to creatively troubleshoot issues that may not be well documented. oAbility and desire to provide excellent customer service. oMaintain healthy and friendly environment with team members and external departments oExcellent communication skills that demonstrate ability to adapt to different situations with ease oMust possess attention to detail and be able to manage time effectively oAbility to prioritize many competing tasks with minimal supervision Qualifications: oAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in IT preferred oITIL certification is preferred oA combination of education, certification, and experience will be considered. o2+ years of MS Windows desktop operating system deployment experience required. o2+ years of SCCM (or other software distribution tools) experience required. oWindows 11 desktop operating systems deployment and support experience required oExperience in using ITSM systems like ServiceNow is required *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
