Camera Service Technician - 2nd Shift Location: Nashville, TN Schedule: Evening / Night Shift (2nd Shift) About the Role If you're a hands-on technician who enjoys solving problems independently, this role is for you. We're hiring a Camera Service Technician to support and maintain camera systems in Nashville. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in break/fix environments, enjoys troubleshooting in the field, and is comfortable working evening and night shifts. What You'll Be Working On * Troubleshooting and repairing camera system issues, including: * Hardware failures * Connectivity and WiFi problems * Power and cabling issues * IP-related concerns * Diagnosing root cause upon arrival and resolving issues independently * Testing power and connectivity using a multimeter * Configuring static IP addresses * Replacing failed equipment and processing RMAs when hardware is defective * Installing replacement cameras * Coordinating repair timing with a scheduler * Documenting work, uploading photos, and managing service tickets * Primarily 2nd shift, approximately 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM * Occasional daytime or weekend work may be required What We're Looking For * Experience working with camera systems and DVRs * Strong break/fix troubleshooting skills * Hands-on experience with: * Multimeters * Power and cabling testing * WiFi and connectivity troubleshooting * Static IP configuration * Ability to work independently and autonomously * Reliable transportation * Comfortable working evening and night shifts Tools Required Technicians must provide their own basic hand tools, including: * Cabling tools * Drill * Multimeter Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
