Description

Intern, Marketing Analytics

What We're Looking For:
We are excited to welcome a Marketing Analytics Intern to our team. The role is a great opportunity for someone who is curious about data, eager to learn, and interested in how marketing performance is measured across campaigns, channels, and regions.
We're looking for an analytical and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with data, spotting patterns, and helping turn information into actionable insights. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced environment. This person should be excited to learn the foundations of marketing analytics, reporting, and performance measurement while contributing to meaningful projects that support smarter business decisions.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the Marketing Analytics team with recurring reporting, dashboard updates, and data validation across key marketing performance metrics.

  • Assist with compiling and analyzing data related to campaign performance, funnel conversion, pipeline contribution, and revenue outcomes.

  • Help maintain reporting files, trackers, and dashboards in tools such as Google Sheets, Salesforce, Tableau, or other analytics platforms.

  • Partner with team members to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for deeper analysis.

  • Assist in preparing clear, concise summaries and visualizations for stakeholders across marketing and related teams.

  • Contribute to ad hoc analysis requests that help improve decision-making, reporting quality, and operational efficiency.

  • Learn and support marketing measurement frameworks, data definitions, and reporting best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and useful for business reporting needs.

What You'll Bring:

  • Current enrollment in, or recent completion of, a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in marketing analytics, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and large datasets, with strong attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets; exposure to reporting or visualization tools such as Tableau and Salesforce is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize information and identify patterns or anomalies.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings in a simple and understandable way.

  • A proactive, curious mindset and willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to embrace the best of both worlds with our hybrid work schedule. This role requires you to be in the office X days a week.

  • The ability to legally work in the country of hire is required for this position.
