We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing, Supply Chain to lead end-to-end product marketing strategy and execution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and Dynamics 365 Commerce (part of our Enterprise Resource Planning portfolio). This leader will set the narrative, positioning, and customer/market insights agenda for the business-translating product truth and roadmap into compelling, outcome-based stories that accelerate pipeline, adoption, and customer value. You'll operate as a cross-functional leader partnering closely with product, sales, engineering, customer success, marketing, and analyst relations to influence product direction, launch excellence, and field readiness at scale.

  • Drive the product marketing strategy for ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Supply Chain Management and Commerce-defining narrative, positioning, and messaging grounded in customer outcomes, competitive dynamics, and market shifts.
  • Set the executivelevel storytelling and demo vision for Copilot and agents across supply chain and commerce workflows, aligning scenarios to measurable business value (e.g., service levels, inventory efficiency, fulfillment speed, and omnichannel conversion).
  • Drive integrated gotomarket planning and launch execution across product, engineering, field, and central marketing-establishing operating rhythm, success metrics, and readiness plans that scale across regions and segments.
  • Influence product strategy by translating voiceofcustomer, competitive insights, and field feedback into prioritized recommendations and clear decision support for engineering and product leadership.
  • Engage with senior leaders, customers, and partners through executive briefings, keynotes, and highimpact events-raising the credibility of the ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) portfolio and supporting adoption.
  • Drive the analyst relations content strategy for the portfolio-delivering briefings and narratives that strengthen category positioning and clearly differentiate Microsoft in ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning), supply chain, and commerce


Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years marketing or sales experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 12+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated domain knowledge in supply chain and omnichannel commerce solutions, including familiarity with operational personas and endtoend scenarios (e.g., planning, procurement, fulfillment, store operations, and order management).
  • Experience contributing to and scaling enterprise gotomarket strategy across segments and geographies, with measurable impact on pipeline development, solution adoption, and business outcomes.
  • Experience developing executivelevel narratives, messaging frameworks, and demonstrations for AI experiences (Copilot, agents, or similar assistant technologies).
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across marketing, sales, engineering, and partner organizations, including navigating ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and inproduct AI capabilities is preferred; experience with comparable ERP, supply chain, or commerce platforms is also valued.
  • People leadership experience (direct or matrixed), including developing talent and contributing to a highperforming operating cadence.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.


Product Marketing IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
