Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team. This role will focus on building, maintaining, and analyzing demand forecasts to support operational planning and service expectations, particularly within a fast-paced, perishable products environment.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and a high attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and clearly communicate insights. Experience using demand planning or forecasting systems is a plus, particularly with modern planning platforms such as Streamline or similar tools (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Oracle).

This position plays a key role in the S&OP/IBP process, partnering closely with Sales, Supply Planning, and Operations to align demand assumptions with serviceability. This role is on-site at our Little Chute, WI facility and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts at the SKU and customer level, factoring in seasonality, promotions, and new product introductions.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, and Inventory Management-to ensure demand signals are clearly understood and used for operational planning.

* Actively support the S&OP/IBP process by providing forecast insights, identifying demand risks and opportunities, and aligning on consensus plans.


  • Monitor and report forecast accuracy (e.g., MAPE, bias), identifying root causes of variance and implementing corrective actions.
  • Leverage ERP and forecasting tools such as Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Streamline to manage demand planning activities. Experience with similar platforms like SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or Blue Yonder is a plus.
  • Use forecasting tools and ERP systems to manage forecast inputs and generate reporting for internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities in the forecast, inventory positions, and supply chain.


Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

* 2-5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain roles; experience in the dairy or perishable CPG industry strongly preferred.

* Working knowledge of S&OP or IBP processes and how demand planning integrates with broader business planning cycles.

* Strong analytical and data modeling skills, with a track record of improving forecast accuracy and reducing inventory risk.


  • Advanced Excel skills required, including pivot tables, lookups, logical formulas, and data validation; experience with Power Query or similar tools is a plus.
  • Experience working with forecasting or demand planning systems; experience with Streamline or similar platforms (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Oracle, Forecast Pro) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Planning, Operations, and Finance.

* Awareness of inventory optimization concepts, supply planning principles, and S&OP/IBP processes.

* Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight timelines and perishable products.


  • Ability and willingness to work on-site at the Little Chute, WI location.


Hours and Pay:

* This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Little Chute, WI facility, with standard business hours, Monday through Friday. We offer a competitive base pay rate and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.
