Role Overview * Job Title: Customer Service Representative * Start Date: May 26, 2026 * Location: Phoenix, AZ 85044 * Work Type: OnSite * Shift: Monday-Friday * Training: Day shift * Posttraining: Flexible start times (8:00 AM to10:00 AM) What You'll Do * Handle highvolume inbound calls from homeowners regarding payments, escrow, and general mortgage servicing questions * Make a portion of outbound calls to remind borrowers of upcoming payments and offer payment-by-phone options (not collections) * Deliver professional, empathetic service while meeting quality, productivity, and attendance metrics Qualifications * 2-3 years of recent call center experience handling inbound and outbound calls * Customer service background in financial services, mortgage, banking, or loan servicing preferred * Strong job tenure and reliability with no significant employment gaps * High school diploma or equivalent Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ 85040. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
