Description Learning & Development professional with strong classroom facilitation and content development skills Skills Learning management, facilitation, E-learning Top Skills Details Learning management,facilitation,E-learning Additional Skills & Qualifications Are the three onsite days at a consistent location, or would this role require travel between sites for delivery? This will vary for this role as they will be in the heat of a training time frame so they can be in the class up to 5 day per week at times. How is ownership split between Change Management and Learning & Development in terms of strategy versus execution? This is an L&D position that I am using a change management requestion for to direct the role to TEKsystems & Intellezy to fill since you are both more equipped to handle the quick turnaround. I don't anticipate any change management skill for this role, but if they have that skillset that's a great feature lol. What existing materials or documentation are available to build from versus net new development? There is a team that has been working on the material development, I anticipate a lighter lift on that end, but that skillset is a requirement for all training roles as we look to extend and use resources that are good for other opportunities as well. What is the expected balance between development and facilitation - you mentioned 20/80, is that still the right split? 80% facilitation/ 20% development is pretty standard, I don't 100% know what the reality will look like, it depends on the project as this one is constantly evolving. Do you have a sense of audience size and how many sessions this role would support? I don't have an exact quantity, but I believe the team has been in the classroom 3-4 days a week at times and we have a class cap of 15 per class. The role will be in partnership with another trainer as well since we require 2 trainers per classroom.
