CrossDisciplinary Alignment and Storytelling * Facilitate clarity sessions with business partners and crossfunctional teams to align on outcomes, hypotheses, and tradeoffs. * Translate complex problems into simple, decisionready narratives for leadership and delivery teams. 5. Job Requirements Education * Bachelor's degree in HumanComputer Interaction, Interaction Design, Psychology, Computer Science, Industrial Design, or equivalent practical experience. Experience * 8 to 12+ years of experience in UX or product design, including ownership of complex workflows and crossfunctional influence. * Demonstrated experience translating ambiguous problems into clear experience intent, prototypes, and pilotready designs. * Experience operating in enterprise or regulated environments, or similarly constrained domains, is preferred. Required Skills (MustHaves) * Strategic UX and product thinking, including strong problem framing, hypothesis definition, and connection to business outcomes. * Workflow and decision experience design, with deep skill designing task and rolebased workflows that reduce friction and cognitive load. * Rapid prototyping with expert ability to iterate quickly and validate concepts. * Systems mindset with the ability to create reusable patterns and avoid oneoff designs, including understanding of design systems and component reuse. * Crossfunctional influence, including leading working and designthinking sessions and driving decisions without formal authority. * Expert Figma proficiency for prototyping and collaboration. * Strong documentation discipline, including documenting intent and decisions in tools such as Confluence and coordinating work in agile tooling such as Jira. * Clear, executiveready communication and storytelling, including presenting options, tradeoffs, and recommendations succinctly. Preferred Skills (NicetoHaves) * Experience with Salesforce or field enablement systems. * Familiarity with research practices and partnering with UX Research (UXR). * Exposure to AEP, DAM, Workfront, or related experience ecosystems.
