The Center for Nursing Excellence at Brigham & Women's Hospital is seeking a detailoriented and collaborative Project Manager to support highimpact nursing education and operational initiatives. In this role, you'll partner closely with nursing leaders to design and manage training content in HealthStream, troubleshoot system issues, and create clear, userfriendly documentation that supports frontline staff. You'll also contribute to broader projects like executive rounding initiatives and datadriven reporting-using strong Excel skills to translate complex data into meaningful insights. This is a highly visible, handson role for someone who enjoys problemsolving, building systems, and supporting largescale programs that directly impact patient care.
Summary:
Responsible for managing medium to large-scale projects within an assigned functional area or across multiple entities. Takes ownership of the project lifecycle overall by guiding teams and staff, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and monitoring progress toward project goals. Ensures that the project is completed successfully and provides support to team members and stakeholders as they complete essential tasks.
Essential Functions
-Develops comprehensive project plans, monitors and manages projects from initiation through completion.
-Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes.
-Manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.
-Communicates regularly on project status with project stakeholders.
-Owns project plans for medium to large-scale projects.
-Provides guidance to project coordinators.
-Identifies potential risks early, analyzes the possible impact, and develops mitigation strategies.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required

Experience
2-3 years project management experience required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Hybrid schedule: 2 remote days, 3 days onsite-onsite presence is key for collaboration and relationshipbuilding.
