Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Desk Technician to provide technical support and assistance to end users. This role serves as the first point of contact for IT-related issues and is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and system problems in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities * Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and applications * Respond to service requests via phone, email, and ticketing system * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues or escalate as appropriate * Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures accurately * Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software * Support user account management, including password resets and access requests * Deliver clear and courteous communication to users of varying technical skill levels * Follow IT policies, procedures, and security standards Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or technical certification preferred * Previous experience in a help desk, service desk, or technical support role preferred * Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts * Strong problem-solving and organizational skills * Excellent customer service and communication skills Work Schedule * Monday through Friday * Shifts may start as early as 7:00 AM and end as late as 6:00 PM Work Location * On-site * Honolulu, HI Skills & Competencies * Technical troubleshooting and issue resolution * Time management and task prioritization * Attention to detail * Professional demeanor and teamwork Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
