We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to drive strategic insights and optimize revenue streams within a dynamic digital ecosystem. In this role, you will be at the forefront of applying advanced analytics, experimentation, and predictive modeling to enhance player experience and support business growth. Your contributions will directly influence monetization strategies across key revenue pillars, shaping the future of digital content offerings and user-generated content.

You will build sophisticated models, analyze user spending behavior, design and interpret A/B tests, and uncover critical insights that drive revenue while safeguarding player satisfaction.

**What You'll Do:**

* Collaborate with senior management, technical teams, and client stakeholders to define data requirements, implement best practices for advanced data manipulation, storage, and analysis strategies.

* Develop and code logical and physical database descriptions, and specify database identifiers for management systems.

* Design, implement, automate, and maintain large-scale enterprise data ETL processes.

* Modify existing databases and database management systems, and/or guide programmers and analysts in making necessary changes.

* Rigorously test programs or databases, correct errors, and perform necessary modifications to ensure data integrity and performance.

**What You'll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline.

* 8-10 years of applicable experience in data science or a related analytical role.

* Demonstrated experience with various database technologies.

* Solid knowledge of the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process.

* Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python).

* Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights to diverse audiences.

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

* A proven history of success in data-driven projects.

* A genuine desire to work with data and empower businesses to make better, data-informed decisions.

* Comfort and eagerness to engage with stakeholders regularly, including presenting insights, driving conversations, and training partners on data outputs.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience in digital subscription-based or streaming services.

* Strong statistical foundations and experience modeling user spending behavior in digital products.
