Regulatory & Compliance Analyst

About the role:

You will support a Customer Information System (CIS) Modernization Project, a largescale, multiyear transformation initiative focused on rebuilding core billing and customerfacing systems across multiple operating companies.

As a Regulatory & Compliance Analyst, you will support discovery efforts, respond to regulatory and legal inquiries, and help ensure that evolving system designs and processes align with regulatory, tariff, and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily standups, design workshops, blueprinting sessions, and work sessions
• Support discovery efforts by researching regulatory, tariff, and legal impacts
• Respond to incoming questions from operating companies related to process changes and requirements
• Help with interpretation of regulatory and tariff rules as systems evolve
• Support documentation, process mapping, and collaboration efforts throughout implementation phases
• Work with team members across customer experience, regulatory, legal, and operations teams
• Collaborate with external system integrators and vendors supporting the modernization effort

Qualifications:

• Understanding of regulatory, tariff, and legal concepts
• Strong analytical and research capabilities
• Experience supporting complex, crossfunctional projects

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $50-55/hr.
