Role Summary
Join Associated Bank as a Full-Stack Developer to design and deliver high-impact web applications that power client experiences. You'll solve complex problems, lead development efforts, and help shape modern engineering practices. This role offers strong growth opportunities through ownership of large-scale projects and exposure to evolving technologies.

Key Accountabilities

  • Design and develop scalable, reliable web applications aligned with enterprise architecture and API strategy.
  • Lead development efforts on complex, high-impact projects from concept through deployment.
  • Analyze requirements and translate them into efficient, maintainable code and system improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to integrate new technologies and solutions.
  • Test, debug, and optimize applications to ensure performance, accessibility, and quality standards.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative, agile engineering culture.
  • Explore and apply modern technologies, frameworks, and best practices to enhance solutions.

Education & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience developing or designing web, mobile, or desktop applications
  • Strong expertise in component-based architecture and user-centered design principles

Preferred:

  • Experience leading large-scale or enterprise-level development projects
  • Familiarity with modern frameworks, open-source tools, and agile methodologies
  • Experience working with external vendors or integrating third-party solutions
