Job Summary

The Senior Supply & Inventory Planner - Global Football is responsible for end-to-end supply and inventory planning execution across a global apparel portfolio. This role serves as a key point of contact for supply planning activities, partnering with global and regional stakeholders to ensure product availability, manage inventory health, and support business objectives. The planner will analyze demand and supply signals, evaluate risks and opportunities, and drive data-informed decisions that balance revenue, margin, and inventory goals.

This role operates in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment and requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and cross-functional influence to support global product launches and seasonal execution.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply and inventory planning processes across multiple seasons and product cycles
• Create, maintain, and execute purchase orders for finished goods procurement
• Partner with manufacturing and sourcing teams on production exceptions, delivery changes, and supply adjustments
• Track and manage PO updates including delivery timing, pricing, and destination changes
• Analyze supply and demand data to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities in the marketplace
• Develop clear, data-driven narratives and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with global and regional planning, merchandising, sourcing, and manufacturing teams
• Support on-time delivery for retail and promotional product launches
• Serve as subject matter expert on assigned initiatives and cross-functional projects
• Continuously improve planning processes and support operating model enhancements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent additional experience)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning, demand planning, or broader supply chain roles
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large and complex datasets
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros preferred)
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate across global, cross-functional teams
• Experience working in fast-paced, results-driven environments
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience with enterprise planning systems (SAP/APO, Cognos, or similar) preferred
• Experience in licensed apparel, footwear, or wholesale product environments preferred

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field
• Equivalent combination of education and additional relevant experience may be considered

Work Experience

• 5+ years in supply chain planning, inventory planning, or demand planning roles
• Experience working in global, matrixed supply chain environments preferred
