What You'll Do:
  • Process customer orders, forms, applications, and service requests accurately
  • Communicate with customers via email, phone, and meetings to provide updates and support
  • Track production status across departments to ensure accurate delivery commitments
  • Enter and maintain data within MRP systems
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and provide feedback
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or customer service roles
  • 1+ years of experience with data entry and MRP or ERP systems
  • 2+ years of experience managing multiple tasks, prioritizing workload, and communicating with customers
What Sets You Apart:
  • Strong product knowledge or ability to quickly learn technical product details
  • Experience working cross-functionally with production or operations teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction
Additional Information:
