The QUALITY ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST provides administrative and technical support to the Quality team, with a focus on process risk assessments, inspection plan development support, and quality data management. This role assists Quality Engineers and other team members by organizing documentation, entering and analyzing data, and ensuring quality records are accurate and readily available. This position does not have ownership of the quality management system but plays a key role in supporting its effective operation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position may participate in one or more of the following duties as directed by supervision or management.

Lead and support the development of Process Risk Assessments using tools such as FMEA and other risk-based methodologies

Assist Quality Engineers in creating, formatting, and maintaining inspection plans and related quality documentation

Enter, manage, and analyze quality data within ERP, QMS, and other software systems

Maintain organized, accurate, and accessible quality records and documentation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information needed for quality documentation

Provide administrative and technical support for quality-related projects and initiatives

Support audit preparation by organizing and retrieving requested documentation

Assist with continuous improvement activities related to quality processes and data handling

Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Responsible to conduct yourself and ensure your subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company mission, values, code of ethics, policies, and other standards of conduct.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Associate's degree or equivalent work experience; 1-3 years of experience in a quality, manufacturing, or regulated environment preferred

High level of proficiency with software systems (e.g., Microsoft Excel, ERP, QMS platforms); experience with FMEA or other risk assessment tools

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Strong computer and systems aptitude

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Effective collaboration with engineering and operations teams

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and interpret data

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30PM plus overtime as needed

Non-exempt (hourly)
