We provide specialty contracting services through our contracting companies, and state-of-the-art proprietary products and engineering support services through our technologies company. With over 2,500 employees working from locations nationwide and in select international markets, we serve the Commercial, Public, Transportation Industrial, and Power markets to tackle the toughest construction challenges.

About the Role

We're looking for a post-production powerhouse to join our Marketing Team in Columbia, MD. While our field team captures the action on-site, you will be the creative engine that turns raw footage into compelling stories. You'll own the edit from ingest to delivery, polish visuals and sound to a professional sheen, and keep our massive library of assets organized and accessible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Master the Edit:Own the post-production workflow for product videos, case studies, safety training, and internal updates. We need someone who can take a folder of raw clips and craft a high-impact narrative.

  • Post-Production Specialist:Go beyond basic cutting. You'll handle color grading, sound design/mixing, and motion graphics (lower thirds, animated infographics, and titles) that elevate our brand.

  • Media management:Take the lead on managing our Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform. You'll ensure our photos and videos are tagged, organized, and easily searchable for the whole company.

  • Creative Collaboration:Work in close partnership with team members to synchronize creative visions, ensuring a seamless transition from field capture to final delivery and maintaining high-level consistency across all projects.

  • Web & Digital Support:Keep our digital presence fresh by updating website content and ensuring all video assets are optimized for web and social performance.

  • Occasional Capture:While your primary home is the edit suite, you'll occasionally head to the field or office to support photo/video shoots when extra hands or specific technical eyes are needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience:5+ years of professional experience in high-end video editing and post-production.

  • Technical Wizardry:Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud(Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).

  • Narrative Excellence: A portfolio demonstrating a strong grasp of pacing, narrative structure, and visual continuity.

  • Organizational Leadership: Proven ability to manage large-scale media libraries and implement collaborative workflows for creative teams.

  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to both provide and receive constructive feedback, and work seamlessly with field-based producers.

Bonus Skills

  • 3D Skills:Ability to produce 3D design and animation

  • Web Savvy:Comfort with WordPress, HTML, and CSS

  • Technical Mindset:You find construction and engineering projects genuinely interesting
