Overview We're partnering with a leading global beauty organization to bring on a Finance Transformation Manager to support a critical SAP S/4HANA migration. This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused on driving accounting process improvements, supporting system migration readiness, and leading reconciliation and documentation efforts across key finance functions. The ideal candidate is highly autonomous, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments where they can independently analyze complex processes and translate them into clear, scalable workflows. What You'll Do
Finance Transformation & SAP Support
- Support SAP S/4HANA migration by ensuring data integrity, reconciliation, and clean system transition
- Identify and implement process improvements aligned with future-state SAP capabilities
- Assist with data validation, balance sheet cleansing, and migration readiness activities
Reconciliation & Accounting Operations
- Lead end-to-end reconciliation processes, particularly across high-volume transaction data
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies across systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Support key accounting areas including Fixed Assets and Expense Payables as needed
Sales Audit (Key Focus Area)
- Oversee reconciliation of credit card and transactional data across systems
- Manage the lifecycle of transactions from clearing through reporting
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting tied to sales activity
Process Documentation & Standardization
- Develop clear, concise SOPs and workflow documentation (including one-page process maps)
- Translate complex financial processes into scalable, easy-to-follow documentation
- Standardize processes across finance functions to improve efficiency and audit readiness
What You Bring
- 8-12+ years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or transformation roles
- Proven experience supporting ERP transformations (SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred)
- Strong background in reconciliation, financial data analysis, and process improvement
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, large data sets)
- Experience with SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) and finance systems
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex processes
Nice to Have
- Experience with sales audit, marketplace, or credit card reconciliation
- Exposure to tools like BlackLine, Optimus, or similar reconciliation platforms
- Background in retail, eCommerce, or consumer products
