As a Security Officer Driving Role Patrol in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a primarily driving patrol role, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. You will support access activities, respond to site needs, and deliver strong customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, observing conditions and reporting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify access credentials when required, and help to deter unauthorized activity through visible presence and professional interaction.
• Support daily operations by preparing incident reports, relaying information to supervisors and/or emergency personnel, and following post orders for assigned duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
