Reporting to the Sales Operations Associate Manager - End User Programs, the Sales Operations Coordinators' primary role is to manage the day-to-day operations of the Milwaukee Heavy Duty Alliance Program, Committed to Safety Program, and Service Programs. This position requires a driven individual that has a proven record of being organized, having an attention to detail, and an ability to communicate with senior leaders. Successful individuals in this role develop foundational Sales Operations experience and are well-positioned for future growth within Milwaukee Tool. You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of End User Agreements across Heavy Duty Alliance, Committed to Safety, and Service Programs
- Serve as the primary operational partner for Jobsite Solutions Sales leaders on agreement-related matters, providing guidance on requirements, timelines, and expectations
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, Sales Operations, and CRM teams to drive agreement approval, execution, and postexecution setup
- Own agreement execution timelines by proactively managing dependencies, identifying risks or delays, and driving resolution to meet program objectives
- Partner to resolve non-standard agreement scenarios, balancing program intent, compliance requirements, and sales needs; escalate appropriately when required
- Maintain and govern accurate agreement records, status tracking, and documentation to support downstream system setup, audit readiness, and program reporting
- Analyze End User Agreement activity to identify trends and support program performance review efforts
- Identify recurring issues, process gaps, or inefficiencies within agreement workflows and partner with Sales Operations leadership to implement improvements
The TOOLS you'll bring with you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Liberal Arts or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of proven working experience (experience in sales, sales operations, or sales support role is preferred)
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interface and develop relationships with sales and corporate leaders
- Good organizational skills to manage and balance multiple priorities. Able to take/give direction and implement/execute work independently, as well as in a team setting.
- Track record of success with cross-functional teams and implementing new processes
- Success in managing and balancing multiple projects and changing priorities
- Ability to travel 5% of time.
Working Conditions Physical Activity:
Stand and/or walk for approximately 50-90% of the workday. Must be able to regularly lift, push, pull, or carry sales materials and products weighing up to 25 pounds. Occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds may be required during product demonstrations or event setup. For any items exceeding 75 pounds (up to 180 pounds), team lifting or mechanical assistance is required, in accordance with OSHA safety standards. Frequently set up and operate tool displays, requiring manual dexterity, bending, kneeling, crouching, or stooping. Ability to safely operate powered hand tools, which may involve strong torque and significant vibration.

Compensation Range: The pay range for this position is $23.50/hour - $27.00/hour.* *The base wage is determined by various factors, some of which may include, but are not limited to, experience and tenure, qualifications, skills, and performance.
