What you will do:

  • Develop and present business cases for funding approvals.
  • Lead and execute projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Facilitate communication and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
  • Identify and mitigate risks while adapting to changing requirements.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our Business Transformation Office through innovative project reviews and stakeholder engagement.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of relevant project management experience and a Bachelor's degree.
  • A PMP certification (or equivalent) to showcase your expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and project management tools.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and collaborative skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in technical/complex software projects (ERP, Salesforce).
  • Agile experience or Certified Scrum Master certification.
  • Knowledge in process improvement and finance principles.
