Salary band - 65k - 80k Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your quality assurance and leadership expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside a collaborative and detail-oriented team of professionals. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the compliance of purchased products and parts delivered to Alstom facilities, directly contributing to the quality and reliability of our solutions. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business, including Supplier Quality Development (SPQD), Supplier Quality Serial Engineers, and Incoming Inspectors, to ensure inspection processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned with our standards. You'll also manage the team of Incoming Inspectors, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You'll specifically take care of the daily management of incoming inspection activities and ensure compliance with control plans, but also oversee the development of team competencies and drive performance improvements.
