Overview
Microsoft Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO&I) is the team behind the cloud.Within CO&I, the Datacenter Engineering (DCE) teamis responsible fordelivering core datacenter infrastructure for Microsoft's cloud business. The MS portfolio consists of complex, multi-disciplinary, large scale, multi-year datacenter construction and lease projects. We are looking for a passionate, high-energy individual to help buildthe clouddatacenters that power the world's largest online services. The Datacenter EngineeringAILeaseProgram Manager will be part of a team responsible for the delivery of leaseddatacenters in theAMERregion.TheAILease ProgramManager willoversee the technical alignment between Microsoft requirements and our lessors' designs,manage communications, schedulemeetingsand close gaps in information as the primary point of contact between internal and external parties. They will work closely withAI delivery,engineering, construction,siteacquisitionand operations teams throughout each projecttoensureGPU signals are effectively vettedagainst infrastructure requirementsand approved for deployment in the specifiedleased data centers.The Lease ProgramManager will have to managemultipleprojectsconcurrently from within the portfolio,provide regular program reporting,remain aligned withfrequentlyevolvingbusiness priorities,and coordinateresourcing needswith lease directors. This position will support the growth of ourAI capacityin the region and will managecluster layout designdevelopment and feasibilityreview for technical compliance with Microsoft's requirements includingnetwork,layout, power, cooling,andtelecominfrastructure. #COICareers Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
