About the role The Fraud Optimization & Monitoring Team within Marcus US Deposits provides the essential structure and oversight necessary to protect Marcus US Deposits. By driving excellence in procedural standards, monitoring and process optimization, we ensure that all fraud and operational risk policies are upheld. Our mission is to govern the fraud program through robust frameworks that minimize risk and maximize efficiency. The Analyst will be a key contributor to the Agent Monitoring team, conducting monitoring and transforming data into actionable insights while driving trend analysis and operational risk reporting. This role is essential to the success of our monitoring operations, serving as a primary engine for data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities
