What to Expect Tesla's Battery Cells Team is at the forefront of innovation, designing and validating ground-up cell architectures with state-of-the-art performance for all Tesla products. As an Engineering Technician in the Cell Abuse Lab, you will play a critical role in supporting cutting-edge technologies by developing, building, and executing abuse tests. Your work will provide rapid feedback to inform engineering decisions, ensuring the highest safety standards before products reach customers. This fast-paced and exciting environment demands passion, self-motivation, and strong communication skills to collaborate with engineering groups across various disciplines.
