Summary

The MIL Corporation is looking for a Management Analyst (Business Analysis, Analyst) to support a Federal Government client in Washington, DC.

This position currently requires an on-site schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Serving on the team of experts in the field finance and budget in the Finance Program Unit
  • Maintaining documentation and audit trails of past financial activities, audit reviews, new policies changes at the Department and bureau level
  • Monitoring budget execution of the Economic Support Fund (ESF) payment drawdowns to ensure program objectives met by the grant officer representative
  • Assisting the Lead Financial Management Specialist in the oversight and coordinating of ESF in the EUR, EAP, AF, and WHA region program-funding portfolio
  • Developing virtual communication strategies, where applicable, to disseminate new policy requirements to effectively streamline procedures in the Bureau

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with management analysis, strategy, resource management and/or contract management.
  • Must be highly organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills to interface with client personnel, other government agencies, and vendors at all levels.
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Maintains professional competence and specialized knowledge base by keeping abreast of emerging themes and best practices.
  • Knowledge of and skill in applying analytical and evaluate techniques to plan, schedule and conduct studies and analyses of management functions or programs.

Desired Qualifications

  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Office 365.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent research and briefing skills.
  • CGFM or other relevant professional certifications.

For this position, the projected compensation range is $75,000 - $82,512.63 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package.
