Collections Analyst - Woburn, MA (Hybrid) Schedule: Hybrid \| In-office Tues-Thurs Our client is seeking a Collections Analyst to support their Accounts Receivable team. This role focuses on reconciling customer receivable balances, resolving billing issues, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting internal workflows. You'll work closely with internal teams and customers to drive timely resolution of outstanding balances while ensuring an exceptional service experience. Key Responsibilities * Collect and reconcile receivable balances; drive accounts through to resolution. * Maintain accurate documentation, files, and internal workflow coordination. * Review lease documents or purchase orders to validate billing and process adjustments. * Manage customer outreach including calls, emails, and follow-ups; escalate issues when needed. * Support a high volume of accounts by tracking timelines, action items, and organized records. * Prepare past-due and default notices; coordinate on next steps such as write-offs or third-party collections. * Maintain detailed notes in SunGard AvantGard Receivables GetPaid system. * Provide reporting support for invoice aging, contracts, and other internal requests. * Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree preferred. * 1-3 years of collections or Accounts Receivable experience. * Excel and Oracle proficiency is preferred * Strong follow-up, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and handle multiple priorities. * Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woburn, MA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.67 - $26.67/hr.
