Security Officer - Distribution Center

As a Security Officer - Mobile Patrol Driver in Stockton, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols and frequent vehicle patrols, staying visible to help reduce security-related incidents and support smooth operations. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license under AU Driver Policy Requirements. You will document observations, respond to concerns, and deliver professional customer service and communication, while representing Allied Universal with integrity, teamwork, and a people-first approach.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, parking lots, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Control access at gates and/or entrances by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining visitor and vehicle logs, and directing traffic for deliveries and pickups.
• Perform routine checks of doors, docks, and designated restricted areas, reporting maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations through required reports and notification procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
