Quality Receiver - Medical Device Quality Operations Location: Acton, MA Pay: Up to $32/hour Schedule: Onsite, Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Receiver to support quality operations and post-market investigations within a medical device environment. This role plays a key part in handling returned product inspections, quality documentation, and compliance activities to ensure products meet regulatory and internal quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience in material handling, inspection, or quality support roles within regulated industries. Responsibilities Receive, unpack, and process returned medical devices safely and accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory workspace Perform quality checks and moderately complex inspection tasks to ensure compliance with quality standards Enter and maintain accurate data and documentation in quality systems Review Lot Acceptance Records and Device History Records (DHRs) for returned products Generate and maintain quality records including training documentation and audit records Assist with internal quality audits and audit readiness activities Provide cross-functional support by adapting to shifting priorities and operational needs Support general quality assurance and laboratory operations Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of experience in receiving, inspection, material handling, or quality support roles Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience maintaining accurate records and documentation Effective communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working in regulated industries such as medical device or laboratory environments Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and audit processes Experience with data analysis or chart creation in Excel Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD & D Insurance If you are interested in supporting quality assurance and medical device product investigations, we encourage you to apply.
