Pay: Up to $23/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Onsite)

Contract: 6 months

We are seeking a reliable Kitting/Warehouse Operator to support materials handling and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. This role is responsible for preparing, labeling, repackaging, and delivering materials needed for production while ensuring compliance with FDA and cGMP procedures. Candidates must be comfortable standing for the duration of the shift and working with warehouse equipment and inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Label and repackage boxes and production materials accurately
• Perform kitting and material preparation to support manufacturing operations
• Process material movements and inventory transactions in the ERP system
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas in the kitting room and warehouse
• Use manual pallet jacks and material handling equipment to move inventory
• Assist with cycle counts, stocking, and general warehouse support
• Prepare materials and components needed for production workflows
• Complete end-of-shift cleanup and shift handoff reporting
• Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory procedures
• Provide support to packaging, shipping, and receiving teams when needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or packaging operations
• Ability to stand for the full shift and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to read work instructions and documentation in English
• Comfortable using computers and basic software applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX or SAP
• Forklift or pallet jack experience
• Background in medical device, manufacturing, or regulated environments
