Senior Program Manager

Leading and guiding multiple teams providing engineering services to numerous systems
• Instilling common Lean Agile practices across all teams
• Establishing and maintaining sound engineering, integration, testing, and maintenance practices for all systems through a process-driven mindset
• De-conflicting resources and removes impediments for multiple cross-functional teams
• Attending weekly and daily customer meetings making innovative recommendations for their issues
• Building and maintaining resource loaded project schedules for all projects
• Interviewing and hiring technically skilled individuals who fit well within the team environment
• Growing and developing the team's technical and leadership skills

• Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, business or management
• 15 or more years of experience in project management
• 15 or more years of experience managing large Department of Defense programs
• 15 or more years of experience managing Technical Instructions (TIs)
• 15 or more years of experience performing cost estimates
• 15 or more years of experience managing a large C6ISR technical team including status and budget reports
• 15 or more years of experience managing contracts/task orders with sub-contractor(s)

• PMP certification
• 15 years of program management contracting experience

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT. THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVEL
