Step into a role as Provider Partnerships Representative where you will be responsible for establishing new relationships for Bright Horizons Back-up Care, focusing on providers of various care types within a designated territory through telemarketing and related outreach methods. This position will connect with potential provider partners and coordinate their transition to the onboarding team after a partnership is formed. The primary objective is to identify and engage new contacts to support growth initiatives, resulting in expanded provider coverage in targeted markets. This will involve understanding the needs and objectives of business leaders in Provider Accounts, Provider Operations, Program Management, and other relevant roles focused on maintaining sufficient coverage and care for client employees. By forming these new relationships, the role supports the provision of care for employees of clients' partners.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in our Westminster, CO office.

Responsibilities:

Depending on the line of business, the position may perform some or all of the below functions:

  • Maintain expertise in the Back-up Care benefit, including provider requirements and policies. Develop and sustain an understanding of value propositions and partnership benefits to communicate with senior executives.

  • Generate provider agreements aligned with assigned priority markets. While some leads may be provided, will primarily be responsible for identifying and cultivating new partnership opportunities through direct, independent outreach. This includes identifying and qualifying new business opportunities and scheduling/attending appropriate meetings with potential partners.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with prospects to inform them about partnering with Bright Horizons Back-up Care. Identify relevant contacts within each account to develop an organizational profile and organize executives for prospective efforts.

  • Collaborate with the support team to communicate goals, manage lead transitions, and maintain a well-documented pipeline.

  • Provide feedback on trends and competitor activities to help shape sales strategies and marketing efforts.

  • Exemplify and foster the Bright Horizons culture and the HEART principles both internally and externally.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field - Required
  • 3 years outbound sales experience - Required

  • Prefer demonstrated consistent success in an outbound lead generation or recruitment role.

  • Proven track record of achieving quotas, as well as personal goals.

  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Monday.com, is ideal.

  • Demonstratable customer-facing skills with the ability to engage customers to share their strategies and buying needs.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to digest information from corporate websites and annual reports, to decipher information meaningful to network strategy, and to create concise impactful messages.

  • Ability to handle objections and educate prospects.

  • Time management and ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Results driven and a passion for driving business growth and solving client challenges.

  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.

  • Ability to travel for partner meetings, conferences, and prospecting.

Salary/Hourly Rate and Other Compensation Disclosures:

The annual starting salary for this position is $70,000-$75,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
