Job Title: Dedicated Forum Support Technician

Location(s): Louisville, KY

Dedicated Forum Support Technicians

  • MS Office support.
  • Email (PST/Login issues).
  • Password resets.
  • Printer support.
  • Client Core Image support.
  • Windows 10 (32 & 64-bit) support.
  • Desktop and laptop builds/imaging.
  • PC installs, reloads, and moves.
  • Hardware troubleshooting.
  • Tier 2 IT support and ticket review.
  • Asset management and data transfer.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • Dell and Lenovo certified (Forum/SDS roles).
  • Dell and IBM certified or comparable experience (Sales Counter role).
  • A+ certified or comparable experience.
  • Minimum three (3)+ years deskside support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows XP/7/10 environments.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008 (Sales Counter role).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive troubleshooting mindset.
