Job Title: NAM Partner Management Specialist Location(s): Malvern, PA Job Description The NAM Partner Management Specialist supports partner management operations by assisting with contract preparation and management, quality documentation, and compliance activities within a regulated environment. The role works closely with legal, compliance, quality, marketing, and sales teams to ensure partner processes, documentation, and audits are properly maintained. Responsibilities also include supporting partner audits, maintaining document libraries and contract records, coordinating analyst interactions and events, and assisting with data management and privacy compliance activities. Strong organizational skills, experience with contracts and documentation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities
- Support product teams in preparing and managing partner and procurement contracts, including building contract terms and business models for indirect product sales in the U.S. market.
- Review and interpret detailed contract documents and maintain contract records within internal contract management and archive systems.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and quality teams to ensure partner processes meet required standards and regulatory expectations.
- Assist with Quality Management System documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and related quality records.
- Support partner ecosystem management by maintaining documentation, audit schedules, audit planning, and compliance tracking.
- Manage document libraries, change control processes, and nonconformance recordkeeping.
- Assist with planning and coordination of product evaluations, analyst interactions, and participation in industry events or trade shows.
- Provide support for marketing and communications activities such as presentations, PowerPoint materials, and event coordination.
- Support cross-functional data management activities with market and sales operations teams.
- Assist with annual audits of select applications to ensure compliance with data privacy requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Quality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Approximately 10+ years of experience in contract support, procurement, quality administration, compliance, or related functions.
- Experience working in regulated environments such as medical technology, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or similar industries.
- Strong experience reviewing contracts, supporting documentation processes, and working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience interacting with different levels of management, including senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and calendar management tools.
- Ability to learn and work with internal contract and documentation management systems.
Additional Details
- Hybrid work preferred near Malvern, PA; remote candidates may be considered.
- Eastern Time Zone preferred.
- Minimal travel required, with potential participation in one major trade show.
- Assignment duration approximately 12 months with potential extension.
