Job Description
Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of the Nexthink suite, including Nexthink Workspace Analytics, Nexthink Cloud, and related components.
• Adhering to security best practices in the administration of Nexthink to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of monitoring data.
• Working collaboratively with other IT teams to integrate Nexthink with other systems and tools.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation frameworks.
• Utilize automation tools and frameworks to design, implement, and manage automated workflows across the IT infrastructure.
• Streamline repetitive tasks, ensuring consistency, reliability, and scalability through automation.
• Lead efforts to identify, evaluate, and implement automation opportunities within the organization.
• Strong documentation skills for recording configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions.
• Proficiency in administering Windows Server and/or desktop operating systems.
• Strong SQL skills for database management and data analysis.
• Demonstrated ability in solution designing and architecting.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
• Continuous learning and adaptability to emerging technologies.
• Nexthink SME supports the XMO team with his IT expertise and Nexthink Tool knowledge.

• Strong understanding of system monitoring and performance analysis.
• Experience with Nexthink or similar performance monitoring tools.
• Excellent technical and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Collect and analyze performance data to identify trends and potential issues.
