Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What You'll Do

* Operate production equipment used to mix and manufacture coating materials
* Load ingredients into tanks and mixing equipment following production instructions
* Monitor gauges, controls, and equipment during the manufacturing process
* Take samples and perform basic quality checks
* Adjust equipment settings to keep production running smoothly
* Record production data and report any equipment issues
* Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
* Keep work areas clean and organized

What We're Looking For

* High school diploma or GED
* Experience in manufacturing, chemical production, or warehouse environments preferred
* Comfortable working with machinery and production equipment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
* Basic math and measurement skills
* Ability to work in a team environment

Physical Requirements

* Ability to stand and move throughout the production facility
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
* Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with required PPE
