Weekly Work Hours 40Compensation Range Staff Range N08Salary Minimum $87,500.00 AnnuallyFLSA United States of America (Exempt)Position Type StaffPOSITION SUMMARY A Senior Project Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects within Dallas College. The role involves collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure complex project goals are met on time, within budget, and with high-quality deliverables. NOTE: This role will lead strategic outreach and marketing initiatives that support enrollment growth, stakeholder engagement, and program visibility across Workforce & Continuing Education. The position will coordinate divisional professional development activities, develop training resources for internal and external audiences, and partner with Marketing & Communications to ensure consistent messaging and campaign execution. In addition, this role will oversee assigned special projects that advance institutional priorities, improve operational efficiency, or strengthen cross-functional collaboration within WCE and across Dallas College. As a Senior Project Lead, you will be responsible for driving projects forward and ensuring that they meet the expected goals, timeline, and budget.
