The HR Business Partner / Sr. HR Generalist serves as a trusted HR partner, supporting employee relations, leadership coaching, compliance, and HR program execution. This position balances day-to-day HR support with project-based work aligned to business needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, investigations, and disciplinary matters.
• Coach managers on effective leadership practices, workplace issues, and employee engagement.
• Respond to employee concerns and complaints, ensuring fair, consistent, and timely resolution.
• Support learning and development initiatives, including coordination and delivery of training programs.
• Assist with onboarding, internal movement, and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support compliance requirements, including I-9 and FLSA-related processes.
• Participate in and support HR projects that improve consistency, efficiency, and the overall employee experience.
• Collaborate with HR team members and cross-functional partners on initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.
• Five or more years of progressive HR experience in a Generalist or HR Business Partner-type role.
