FTE: 1 Shift: Day Schedule: Clinic hours Position Summary The Regional Manager position is a lead administrative position responsible for the oversight and management of the daily operations for multiple affiliated health care physician practices/ancillary services that are geographically dispersed, but proximate to Tacoma, Washington. The Regional Manager will need to travel to the various clinics on a regular basis. This individual maintains broad responsibilities for all administrative functions of the practice locations, including operations, marketing, finance, assisting in managed care/third party contracting when requested, physician compensation and reimbursement information when requested, human resource management, medical and business information systems, ancillary service general knowledge and planning and development. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure. Requirements Bachelor's degree required, four (4) years of experience in lieu of the degree will be considered Minimum five (5) years of experience in the specialty field Minimum three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity Why MultiCare? As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $107,598.00 - $154,814.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
