The Identity and Access Management Senior IAM Analyst is a hands-on role involved in the day-to-day administration of Identity and Access Management specific to the Joiner/Mover/Leaver process. Position is responsible for a broad range of tasks, including administration of IDAM tools and process development, as well as access control administration and assisting the Security Analysts, Security Engineers, and Security Architects in first level support initiatives. The individual in this position interacts closely with personnel from the entire IT team, including User Services, Systems Engineering, and with business departments. A working knowledge of Flowers' operating systems, applications, and IT processes is required. Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities
* Perform access management security administration on designated technology platforms, including operating systems, and applications in accordance with the defined policies, standards, and procedures of the organization, as well as with industry best practices and vendor guidelines. Knead to Know: Preferred Qualifications
* InfoSec certifications from organizations such as CompTIA, ISC2, EC Council, or GIAC Essentials a plus. Additional Ingredients: Essential Job Requirements
* A degree in a computer-related field such as computer science, management information system or information science. Five years of relevant IT job experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. Salary Range- $73,500 - $80,000 We offer a competitive salary and an excellent total rewards package.
