The Strategic Project Lead designs, develops, and implements large multifaceted projects in support of the strategic goals of the enterprise. They set strategies and tactics which lead to the transformation of global business processes and operational tools. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, psychology, behavioral science, program/project management, or a quantitative discipline. Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements. Minimum Experience Seven (7) years related work experience and demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple programs simultaneously, development of program/project scope, business cases, program/project timelines, financial justification and management of program/project deliverables as scheduled. Experience in multiple disciplines. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Strong leadership skills. Human relations skills. Written and verbal communication skills. High degree of adaptability to meet changing needs. Leadership/facilitation of core and extended teams. Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills. Job Conditions Some travel required. Preferred Qualifications: Analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills, focusing on Strategic Thinking & Vision, Communication, Problem-Solving, Business Acumen, and Adaptability, alongside Data Literacy, Decision-Making, and the ability to Align Teams around a clear, long-term direction, effectively bridging big-picture planning with practical execution and innovation.
