Summary

We're seeking a reliable and detail-focused Training Support Operator to support manufacturing operations at our Tantalum Innovation Center in Simpsonville, South Carolina. This position is for 1st shift but must be able and willing to work on various shifts, as flexibility and overtime may be required periodically. The role is responsible for coordinating and delivering operator training, assisting in maintaining accurate training records, and assisting in supporting quality and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct training classes and may participate in contract employee orientations.
  • Schedules and conduct TDL training to meet required training schedules including certifications and recertifications and Skill and Knowledge Requirements.
  • Perform any required Training Reviews or LOA Training Reviews.
  • Works closely with the area teams regarding training documentation as new processes and/or changes to existing processes are implemented.
  • Enter individual TDL or applicable training in records or maintain Excel Spreadsheets as necessary to provide training record/ history.
  • May participate in Internal and External audits.
  • Perform document control and record retention tasks.
  • Performs other duties as required.



Required Qualifications



  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to work 1st shift but must be able and willing to work on various shifts.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Possess good time management skills and be self-motivating.
  • Capable and experienced in working independently to a production schedule.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, which includes demonstrating a positive attitude, good work ethic, and sense of urgency in completing tasks/projects.
