Accounting Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Position Summary: The Accounting Clerk will assist in all accounting and clerical tasks at the plant

• Inventory Reconciliation
• Production Reporting
• Sales Reporting
• Expense tracking
• Accounts payable
• Invoicing
• Journal entries and account reconciliation
• Clerical duties
  • manage phone calls
  • manage main
  • filing
• Other duties as assigned

The schedule for the Accounting Clerk position is based on a 40 hour work week, with some overtime and weekend work a possibility based on production schedules.

This position is an on-site position.

Qualified candidates for the Accounting Clerk position should possess the following:

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practical experience is preferred
• Excellent office and math skills
• Strong computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power-Point)
• BPCS (AS400) and Kronos
• Ability to use a multi-line phone system
• Attention to Detail
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload
• Ability to Multitask
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to function in a team environment
• Self-motivated
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Must be at least 18 years of age or older
